ADA Compliance Consulting
The Americans with Disabilities Act is one of our nation’s most important civil rights laws, protecting people who have disabilities from discrimination by businesses that receive federal funds or contracts. It requires covered entities to make reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities so they can enjoy equal access to their places of business. In addition, it prohibits certain forms of disability-based harassment.
Inspection/Audit
Your facility may be subject to an audit or inspection at any time. If you suspect your building has been built without proper accessibility features, we will conduct a thorough site visit to determine if there are violations of the law. Our goal is not only to identify potential problems but also to help you correct them before they become costly issues.
Compliance Consultation
